White Horse Outreach

White Horse Outreach exists through the power and love of Jesus Christ to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recover sight to the blind, and to set the liberty of them that are bruised that they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
Isaiah 61 – Luke 4:18

White Horse Outreach is an end times ministry with an Isaiah 61 mandate. Pastor Lou and Prophet Soonhe Young have been married since March 13, 1993. They are based in Plano, Texas. They have been commissioned by God to step out with boldness to set the captives free and equip the saints.

Salvation | Healing | Deliverance

“Setting the captives free and equipping the saints!”

  • We are different from other deliverance ministries because we have been set free ourselves; we have lived it.
  • Defeat shame, guilt and self-condemnation!
  • We all need deliverance; everyone has issues they need answers to.
  • Be set free and use the Name of Jesus to set others free.
  • Come prayed up. Fasting helps! Expect Miracles!

Born in South Korea, life took an unexpected turn at a very young age for Soonhe Young. At the age of fifteen, she was sold into slavery. As she was human trafficked for sexual exploitation in the southern region of Korea, her testimony is unlike any other. From physical abuse, abandonment, depression, suicide, alcohol abuse, rejection, betrayal, fear, and prostitution, just to name a few. Darkness seemed to follow everywhere she stepped. The pain and shame, along with self-condemnation grew deeper within her as the years progressed. There just seemed to be no way out, no hope.
